I am currently sharing 3 yoga classes per week at YARD Society.
Tuesday/Thursday 1:30 - 3:00 pm Gentle Modified Yoga is a style of practice designed for people with more specialized needs. Seniors, people living with chronic health conditions, people recovering from illness or injury, and those who wish to practice a very gentle yoga are welcome. We use props, including chairs. If getting down and up from the floor is an issue, alternatives are given.
Wednesday 9:30 - 11:00 am Vinyasa Hatha Yoga is a gentler flow style class practiced in a comfortable room temperature. Various flow sequences are shown. Students are given opportunities to learn techniques to move in and out of postures with ease, building strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is not suitable for beginning practitioners. Students should have a minimum of one year experience to attend.
